Changed your mind, or received something that isn't right? Here's how returns work on Kantaz.
Go to your account's order history, open the order, and choose to start a return on an eligible item. Not every item is eligible — check the product page or your order details for return eligibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll confirm the outcome and, where approved, issue a refund per our Refund Policy.
